If you choose to return your phone purchase to the Distribution Center, please understand that it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to cancel any service contract that has been established. We are not responsible for contacting the carrier regarding canceling or changing your service plan. For Product that we verify to nokiacover be defective, we will pay freight in both directions on any such merchandise exchanges and no open box fees will be assessed.
